Tyr and I downed Garuda today, the fight really isn't too bad. As long as people have a few pieces of darklight/ilvl 60 gear and at least their GC weapon we should be able to do this no problem. The biggest mechanic is positioning and transitioning into the phases.

If we can get everyone caught up on learning the fight we should be able to clear this no problem.
